Frustration. And ended up paying for a 2 year ETA unnecessarily. Please rectify this as some of us use a smartphone and others prefer to use a laptop. Thanks.
I have applied for an iVisa. The price seems excessive and I'm not sure about the value of doing this. I enjoy visiting the UK so I suppose this is a necessary process.

I just searched the internet for details concerning the new UK travel documentation requirements. Your site came up first. All very convenient until I was asked to post photos of my passport and self. I found uploading these photos very difficult.
With some on-line assistance, I was able to finally complete the application. Everything else was fine. I must admit, I found your "fees" excessive and would not recommend your site for that reason.

I was going to use my bank card for the purchase, only it didn't work so I pulled out my new credit card and hopefully remembered the pin, it was a lot easier than I thought, so I'm glad I've got it.

Easy for the majority of the process except when it came to the selfie part at the end of the process. Might have been better at the beginning rather than at the end, especially for those people who don't do selfies. Or put the information of hope page the information required ie copy of the passport and the photo so that people can have it ready before they start. This is what some other countries do. Got there in the end though.

I did have a little problem with getting by the payment section because the phone number section was not accepting my phone number. I did not know I needed the country code before my phone number. I almost gave up. But, finally figured this out.
Exactly what my title says. It was easy to manipulate the website and I got my Visa connected to my passport within minutes so I'm very happy. I even recommended iVisa to my sister.
