Doing the Ivisa made going through customs a breeze easy to do no problems doing it online

Do not use ivisa service. They are not authorized agent for visa application and they do not have contact with the authorities to inquire you application progress.
Worst of all, when I asked for my application confirmation from the government, they did not want to give it to me.
This proves that they eventually did not submit my application to the authority.

I applied on line I was not sure at the beginning but I still did it. The form to fill in was clear and easy. I didn't have to go to the embassy I got my visa in 24 hours. The all process was so much more easier that to apply via VFS GLOBAL.
When traveling to any country who needs a visa I will definitely only apply through IVISA.
I highly recommend their services.

Poor business practices and therefore customers end up with the problems when the applications go wrong. Many applications clearly go well. Poor business practices such as no quality assurance system, inadequate problem-solving process and no ability for customers to control their own data.
It is a SCAM in the sense it provides a limited service being the on-line process which may or may not be adequate for your destination country but you expect a fully-functioning business with systems to ensure you get exactly what you need. The scam is that you think you are paying to be fully compliant and problem-free but really end up carrying the can for the lack of quality control and quality systems. The service appears to only be a data transfer between your application with iVisa and iVisa's uploading onto the country's official visa application site.
Ivisa provides nothing else - no service, no quality control, no problem-solving, no human, difficult access to refunds, no way to control and delete your sensitive information such as passport number, name, birthday etc. Your information is theirs and you have no idea what they will do with it. The options they offer to delete the information do not work - at least not for me.
As an example the link to my uncompleted application included in their email goes to a non-existent URL. Then I had the royal run-around with irrelevant pro-forma email replies and a couple of real emails where the employee undertakes to do nothing. Another reply was the application is with the country's authorities and they cannot delete it. This is incorrect as I had not finalised the application so it is still with iVisa. That is the extent of their quality systems and service level.
This makes me very unhappy and frustrated. It is easier to apply to each country for a visa and cut out this middle man.
