Ordered dresses on Aprll 16th - was provided with 2 different tracking numbers - neither of them legit! Tried to request refund through vendor without success. Just escalated to paypal for resolution and refund of my $$... Also reported site to facebook as a scam.
Stay away from this horrible site. I still haven't received my order after 6 weeks, I was charged $20 more for one dress than listed price. I threw away at least $90 on this disgusting site thru Facebook then PayPal.
I ordered a pair of sweatpants and sweatshirt. The fabric feels like plastic (another reviewer called it sandpaper). When I attempted to get a return authorization, I got the runaround and was ultimately told that unless it's damaged, I can't return it. Stay away! They are horrible people, a horrible product, a horrible business.
Took almost 2 months to receive my order. TERRIBLE QUALITY! Something you wouldn't even pay $5 for at Walmart, and they charge $50! NOT AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I placed an order in February with an estimated shipping date of 4/10. I received and email on 4/15 indicating that half my order was complete and was refunded for the items that were not able to be completed. I reached out 5 times via email requesting a full refund - no response - I then received a tracking number that took 4 weeks to update and a "delivery notification" that was not fulfilled. This place is a complete SCAM. Stay Away.
3/1/2020 I placed order. 5/21/2020 still nothing. I paid with PayPal and am a dispute for money back. The gave a bogus tracking number. Scam Site do not order!
