I've been helped by a member of Ivacy's team named Theodore, my connection wasn't working and he has done everything from his end, sorting everything in a matter of minutes!

Great company and the support staff. They genuinely try to help fix the issues and answer their tickets promptly. The software is robust, however i did run into some issues with was fixed through their support systems. Not a fan of their Beta client but classic is decent. Just added another two years on my nearly ending year subscription. Great value for money.
Ivacy is no other the world's greatest VPN provider for their unconditional help in case you experienced connectivity issues like unable to connect, keep getting disconnections, etc. for their techicans and executives are extremely professional in handling with these hassles by helping you get rid of them in front of you with the aid of the TeamViewer. That's marvelous! Thanks Ivacy for all your help to enable me to regain the control of what the Internet is meant to be. I LOVE IVACY! :D :D :D :D :D
