I sold an iphone 13 pro max to this company my phone was free from all scratches of any kind it also had a perfect screen no scratches and no dents or chips I even took pictures of phone before i sent it i spent the extra 25,00 for fast delivery and fast processing i also bought the insurance my quote was for over 640.00 for an iphone 13 pro max that was in mint conditions from the moment i bought it i had it in a very strong case and the best screen protector i checked it out *******% before selling it and they send me an email saying there was cracks on the screen and it had scratches everywhere and offered me 183.00 for i i said um what kind of scam are you running my phone had no damage what so ever and i even sent them pictures proving it dont use this company they are scammers

Received a fair offer, shipping was easy, and received full payment quickly

The quote was good, and I rated the phone as good but not great. There was only one small chip in the face at the bottom, there were no other scratches of any kind. So, once these guys received the iPhone they wanted to downgrade the phone and take off $50 because it had minor scratches. There were none, only the small chip. Because they sent the email wanting to know if I disagreed with their assessment and wanted it re-evaluated at 4:30 in the afternoon, (I had already left for the day). When I arrived the next morning, I replied to the email and wanted them to re-assess, but they just sent it back. Their evaluators were very far off on the assessment. The phone had been in a rubber case since new and had absolutely no scratches on it, just the one small chip.

Good overall experience but the process took to long to get paid. Also, I was cheated on a spec of my computer. When they received it, they said it had a 250 Ethernet when it even said 1000 Ethernet on the box. I didn't fight because it was just a $25 difference in price. Whatever, just be aware that they will try to convince you your item isn't what you described to them on your initial price quote. Good luck

I have used other companies in the past to sell my old devices. And this was just as easy and fast as they were, except I was payed a much better price by ITSWORTHMORE.

So far so good, just want to see if the offer holds up before making a final judgement...and it did not, I used the example of good condition from their website my phone was in way better condition than the example. Instead of giving my the offer they said my phone was full of scratches on the screen and body and cut my offer in half...will not be using this service ever again

I was a little disappointed that a cracked screen should cause you to take almost $300.00 off of the value you originally quoted me. It should not cost $300 to fix the screen, but whatever...

Once you accept, payment is fast and there are a couple of ways from which to choose to receive payment. I have sold two devices to this company and both times it was barely over a week from the time I shipped the items to when I was paid for them.
