I purchased a sublimation printer from It Supplies. I have no prior experience nor expertise in the realm of sublimation, but I purchased this printer with the intent to take my business to a new level. Deonna and Amber are amazing. Deonna reached out to me to inquire if I actually was versed in sublimation which was a total surprise to me given the fact that most companies are not overly concerned if your versed or not in and with the merchandise your purchasing. Deonna was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, pleasant and extremely thorough. She referred me to Amber who is a print specialist and assured me that Amber would be extremely helpful to me regarding anything relating to sublimation. Amber is amazing, she answered all of my emails and answered and addressed all of my questions, concerns and even explained things in great detail which gave me the clarification that I needed. Amber was extremely patient with me being I'm by no means tech savvy, very knowledgeable regarding some of the hang ups that I encountered with sublimation and extremely courteous and helpful. I'm happy that I choose IT Supplies to purchase my sublimation printer from and I will definitely make additional purchases from It Supplies because their customer service is everything and customer service is everything to me. Deonna and Amber are the best. Don't delay order from It Supllies you won't regret it!
I have overall been happy with this company however my last 2 orders were damaged during shipping. The packing was substandard and sloppy. I hope this is corrected as this is a great company with great pricing.

Fyi, I bought a 44" printer from you years ago but bought paper from an operation in New York which regularly arrived damaged and regularly needed to be returned due to slipshod packing; after one of those returns I bought some from you instead and discovered you guys packed my paper order much more carefully; I've been buying from you ever since and have never had a problem.
Quick and easy. Too bad there weren't any current coupons for such a big order. My order came in earlier than I expected.
I tried to call for availability but no phone lines seemed to be working. This turned out to be a minor problem. My Epson P7570 arrived quickly and set up was not difficult. I have purchased hardware and supplies from IT for years.
The only thing I would like is a means of registering my business resale license, and when you check out an eta for regular shipping
And the box was shipped without any outer box, and was fairly banged up.
