Shopping was fine, but the website kept telling me that my email address already had an account, but it wouldn't accept the password that I had for this account (from Atlex days). I had to give an alternate email address for the order to be accepted. That process took at least a half hour, much too much time for a simple order.
But after I posted the above evaluation, I was contacted by an IT representative, who apologized and fixed the problem with thier website for me, and now all is well. In fact, I was surprised at how quickly my order arrived.
Everything came in on time.
Probably not your fault but I used to buy Museo Artist Cards - Panorama format every year. They probably stopped making them.
Had so much trouble placing order, I was about to cancel and go elsewhere.

Had trouble with the order in that it would not accept what I had entered and had to redo twice. Order arrived in two boxes at 2 separate days.?
I have used you guys for years and should be able to get some kind of discount for orders over $400. Disappointed.

Why was I forced to go through Pay Pal to pay for my order? Your website is easy to use and I will continue to buy from your co. But do not like using Pay Pal.
Note: I received a response to my comment from a company representative and it was explained that I did not have to use Pay Pal...I will look more closely at my options in the future. Overall, I find that ITsupplies has the best service, most competitive prices and a great selection of Epson papers and inks for my 2 printers.
