I ordered on my iphone with a few beers in me so it was a bit bumpy. But I succeeded, so the 4 stars are due to the beer. I will say that IT Supply have had the best prices over the years and I would recommend them highly. Keep up the good work. I bought an Epson 4000 in the 2000's and I still have it. Upon rethinking my position I now promote my rating to 5 stars.
There were two key players in this transaction...IT Supplies and FedEx Ground shippers. Here's the scoop: IT Supplies = 10 (perfect). FedEx Ground = 3 (considerably less than perfect); they have a bug in their tracking process that reported to me that my shipment had been delivered to the wrong person in the wrong town, only to change to the correct information AFTER I received my shipment on the same day. Go figure. At least I got my package. I wonder, however, what the other guy got.
Super fast delivery of my order.
I just have one suggestion. My complete order was sent in two separate shipments. While I really do appreciate you getting me half the order as soon as possible, I would have preferred being given the choice of getting half now half later, or waiting longer to get it all at once. Occasionally I do need it asap, bu usually I order ahead enough to be able to wait.
Cutting the number of deliveries would benefit you and our environment.
Otherwise I am completely happy with the way the paper was packaged and handled.
Never disappointed fair prices and timely delivery
No convenient way to see wish list or items previously ordered. You really need to look at the flow. If I look at an old order to see what I ordered before, and then add it to my cart or wishlist, I should be able to easily go back to that order to pick other items.
