Ordered a Power XL Air Fryer Oven from this site on 10-25-20 after reviewing all the wonderful information provided on the site, also believing it was an American company and finding no negative reviews on 10-25-20. Subsequent e-mail from items-way showed shipment on 11-4 and a tracking number. Oven wasn't received in appropriate time frame, tracking number provided came up as error on DHL site, plus company name was now all in Chinese. Contacted them by email, response said team would respond in 2 days but no response. On 11-17 I filed with PayPal who gave the company another 10 days to respond to them. On 11-27 PayPal opened an investigation, submitting info received from items-way, apparently on the 10th day, stating only that the item was "shipped" and providing a different tracking number to PayPal from the original one provided to me. PayPal provided a link to contact the company again, I did, but still no response. As of today, 12-3, I have received nothing but a charge on my credit card on 10-26. My credit card company just opened a second investigation into items-way. Wish I didn't even have to give one star to these frauds!

To all the people who want to buy from this company. Please Don't. Unless you want to get ripped off.

I ordered a foot massager but when it arrived it was much different than the picture on their website. I emailed them and got a response the first couple of times. I have sent several emails since with no reply. I tried to add photo but failed. I have pictures.

Items-Way (or Items Way) in Flushing NY (maybe) is a front for shady Chinese businesses. I my case, the Chinese "business" is buried deep under the infamous 163.com. Many reviews of Phama-Depot (the Chinese company) here on Sitejabber state that their way of doing business is to ship a cheap trinket (or something other than what was ordered) so that they have a proof of delivery. In my case, nothing at all has arrived. But fear not - Items-Way has a return policy; you just have to apply by email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). HOWEVER - the Items-Way website DOES NOT provide an email address.

Tracking information is provided only in Chinese characters. There might be a way around this problem. Parcelmonitor.com will track your package in your language of choice. This, of course, assumes that the tracking number provided by Pharma-Depot (the actual "company" through which Items-Way might possibly have placed the order) is a real tracking number. This seems increasingly less likely. In my case, Parcelmonitor.com shows that my package arrived in the destination country (United States) on November 9,11 days ago. No further tracking information was provided. I DO recommend Parcelmonitor.com; I would strongly recommend avoiding Items-Way.com and particularly Pharma-Depot.com. Pharma-Depot is just one of the many outfits in China for which Items-Way fronts, providing what appears to be a USA company location.
