I ordered 6 Google Second Generation Smoke Detectors and was invoiced for the same. When I received them they were shipped out of Hong Kong and not New York as lead to believe. THE ITEMS WERE NOT GOOGLE SECOND GENERATION WIRED. THEY WERE ALL BATTERY AND NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A GOOGLE NEST PROTECT. Then when I submitted a dispute thru PAYOAL, I was then directed to pay shipping to Hong Kong. The Cost was approximately $89.00, then the US POSTAL Service returned them to me with the statement they could not be shipped on an aircraft. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, AND PAYPAL STOOD BEHIND THIS SHIPPER. I currently have a dispute with the BANK on the $599.94. DO NOT PURCHASE fFROM THIS SCAMMER... I ATTEMPTED TO SUBMIT MY PROOF OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS AND THEY WOULD NOT UPLOAD AS A PDF FILE. I ALSO WILL FILE WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

I ordered an item and was sent something different with no way to contact the merchant. This is a total scam. The only time this Items Way name came up was AFTER the purchase. It showed up on the Invoice then. What a disaster. I am of course disputing this through Paypal and through my credit card company.

Not only did I not receive my product but I also incurred loss of my money. Not only was the date of purchase in clerical error but the tracking # I was given was false due to delivery was for another year and delivered to another country. They have utterly refused to take my complaint seriously.

I ordered a gold range finder through their website for $85.99. All seemed legit to start with an invoice generated, and tracking information for the purchase. After no updates on the tracking, they even responded to several emails I sent asking for patience. I assume they did this to insure my credit card purchases went though which it did. Since then, no responses and no delivery for over a month now. Very shady company... stay far way from them if possible.

This is a bogus company NEVER ORDER ONY THING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Is there a way we can get the US government involved here.
Any one in the Flushing, NY area can determine is this company is really doing business at eh address they gave on my order. The address is 767 Ruckman Road, Flushing NY *******.
In realty they should have used SUCKMAN ROAD, because they are sucking innocents people money.

On 11/13/2020 I ordered an Air Hawk MAX Automatic Cordless Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor. It took about a month after several e-mail inquiries before I received a product. What I received was a cheap knockoff packaged to look similar to the real thing. Almost didn't notice the switch due to the similarity of the packaging. Further e-mails to Items-Way requesting info for returning the item received no responses whatsoever. My payment was through PayPal, but since I do not have a PayPal account, I pushed the charge through PayPal to my credit card. Thank heavens for that since my credit card company took over investigating this for fraud and eventually credited me back for the full amount. It appears Items-Way handed off my order to another company, which appears to be a shell company here in the US for a Chinese outfit. The web address I entered for the shell company gave a 404 not found error message accompanied by a host of Chinese characters. So Items-Way appears to be a full blown scam operator.

I ordered stretching wheel set for $70.00 and they are not responding to email and can't find even a number to call. Wow was I stupid to not check reviews first.

Ordered three same items, first one sent to Michigan. According to track number, I live in Texas. PayPal gave me a refund, second items untrackable number, so they sent a second track number to satisfy Pay Pal, also untrackable. They offered a $30 coupon for something for me to drop the case with Pay Pal.
Not happening for sure... Email fake, tele number not working, Web site limited. No response. Waiting for Pay Pal to finish check waiting for refund, third item the same story. No way to know it was a foreing company in China. Months have gone by, no items yet, and dont plan on them ever arriving

Ordered and paid for the XL air fryer on 10-27. Waited and emailed and waited and emailed and NOTHING. Finally got a notification 12.16 that the order with the tracking number that was supplied to me was delivered 2 days prior, 12.14 to an Amazon facility in Dallas TX instead of to my door in NJ. No reply and UPS says they cannot help me because the order was delivered to where the shipper sent it. They referred me to Amazon. Mind you, I did NOT order this through Amazon but gave it a shot. After an hour on the phone, Amazon referred me back to UPS. This was a Christmas gift. Today is 12.21. BE WARNED - YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PURCHASE! OPENING A CASE WITH PAYPAL AND MY BANK.

My boyfriend ordered a chirp wheel set, invoice said we ordered it in May 2020 and it was Nov. 2020 we ordered set. I have back pain and thought these would help. They took the money from his paypal account, gave tracking number, said it was delivered Dec. 14,2020 to a different state and address. When emailed never responded and won't return money. Now I have to contact paypal n see what can be done. Complete scam. ItemsWay.com is a joke and steals your money and ships to wrong places. Shut this place down.

I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my time trying to purchase something from this business. I ordered the Rotorazer Saw on 10/28 and still have not received it! Thank God I purchased with PayPal. Was able to find the tracking number only to find out that it was delivered in Honolulu. I live in North Dakota! No way to get ahold of the seller so filed a report to Pay Pal. Am still waiting for resolution 2 months later! Said it should be resolved by 12/29. Good thing I didn't need to get my project done quickly! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SORRY *** BUSINESS! Hopefully they can read the delivery address this time and I get the product I purchased. I hope the person in Honolulu is enjoying MY saw!

Just read other experiences with Items-way. Like one other person i ordered a Power XL Fryer on October 28,2020. Never got a shipping confirmation. When i e-mailed the company they told me they were back ordered and would be shipped. When they received them. Since i wanted it for my wife for xmas i tried to cancel my order on November 6. They informed me it couldn't be canceled because it was already in shipping process.It is now December the 13th and i still have nothing. I turned it over to my credit card company..
