I have been dealing with this issue since June, I broke my headphones wanted a refund, because i had a warranty. It two 2 months for everything to be straightened oiut, and once I got the product it didn't work properly. The headphones would disconnect or wouldnt come on. I belive this company makes inferior bootleg products.
I don't understand why people who got obviously counterfeit product from this website still give 5 stars only because of customer service. Website customer service names seem fake too - Mary, Amy, Jessica, etc. When indeed it is actually same person.
When ordering your product, you get order #. However it says "you will receive confirmation when your order ships". That's where "fun" part starts - you get left in limbo, having no idea what's happening to your order, since there is no page that let you type in your order # and check status, unless you bothered opening an account with that website. They copy-paste their reply from their policy that it usually take 3 to 7 business days to process. However they do not even look that my order have not been shipped outside their 3-7 range. I ordered on 15th sep, today is 27th sep, still no info. If website claim item availability, they shall not have excuses why is it out of stock. And it seems like this is a common problem with them- they hardly have anything in stock, and pretty much backorder stuff somewhere, which explains why they got such strict "no returns" policy.
I contacted them to cancel my order since it not even in stock, hopefully I can get my money back at least.
Ordered 5 Hard drives on the 8th of Sept. No email until i contacted them on the 12th asking for shipping info. Finally i got DHL shipping email on the 13th with a tracking #. No updated teacking info on the 20th. Called DHL, they were still waiting on the package from the shipper. Emailed itechdeals back to see whats going on. They then informed me they were out of stock and would refund me. 12 days after i ordered and they setup a shipping number with DHL they then realize they are out of stock. Would not recommend anyone wasting there time or money with them.

Amy responded right away and gave me a couple of suggestions to get them to sync.
We were unable to get them to work right and Amy was quick to refund my purchase price. Thank you Amy for your efforts.

I purchased 3 Beat earphones last year as gifts last year but my trip was canceled. I contacted iTechDeals to return the items and received the RMA number shortly after. I sent the items back and forgot about it. When I was preparing my tax return a few months later, I realized I did not received the refund. I contacted iTechDeals and Amy was able to solve the issue. Excellent and professional customer service, you have a loyal customer in me.
For whatever reasons, they messed up in shipping.
It took them 11 days to finally re-ship my package. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and I still can't even track my package. Contacted customer service so many times but they did no help.
I will definitely do business again just need to be more mind full of age of product. I lost ~$20 in the deal but grateful I was able to return.
Checkout the great products at great prices. If there are any issues you are looked at after. ITech is a pleasure to work with. I have purchased many items from the site.
I have shopped here before and have had no issue with the product. This one time I did I received a broken set of earphone. Shipping was a long time and to find out when I finally received it.,... did... not... work. I would love to try again but kinda afraid to because of this. After a long wait. No good. The customer service was just emailing. No phone contact. Customer service was really good considering.
Mary from iTech customer service was phenomenal in her ability to serve me through the entire refund process. She kept me informed constantly and always ensured I was kept in the loop during each step of the process. World class customer that I had never seen before. I will continue to do business with this company because of customer service reps like Mary. Thank you Mary!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a "refurbished" laptop and within 5 minutes of plugging it in it was smoking and extremely hot. I've been trying to return it since the day it was delivered. No response. AWFUL COMPANY! Buyer Beward!

I have ordered from ItechDeals before and received great products. The real test of a company is when there is a problem. I dealt with Stacy and she was so helpful! It was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction! A great company! Will order from them again!
I ordered several items & had a couple that didn't work out for me. Stacey helped me with the refunds & the processing of the return. I'm quite happy & will not hesitate to shop here again.
I ordered a dash cam, but he one that came was an inferior knockoff that was lacking features advertised on their site. After a 12 email long reply chain and 12 days, their customer support finally sent me a shipping label to return the item. At least their customer service was polite throughout the whole process. Maybe I'm too used to Amazon, but this was a negative experience and I'm less inclined to shop with them again.
I just ordered a Apple refurbished laptop, need for posting online work. The one I ordered said 2MB and120MB, will that be enough storage.

I just purchased a pair of studio wireless beats from itechdeals.com and they are FAKE!
I was only able to pair them once and now they don't work. The software update does not recognize them either. I contacted apple and the serial number does not exist. I contacted my local apple repair center and they confirmed.

Answer: I ordered a Refurbished Macbook Pro from these guys, I understand refurbished it would come with a few scratches etc. But what I got was a dented seriously scratched up and bent up Macbook Pro. It did not turn on so I did not even bother to charge it, when I contacted them and sent photos to get a return label and refund, they said the would have to speak to a supervisor. I opened a case with PayPal so they can help. I already know they're gonna delay. They do not send you advertised item and they are not wit to help you when you realize what kind of store they are. STAY AWAY BUY ELSEWHERE.
