I got a link to review one of the products I bought from them. I gave it a bad review because the product was broken and they refused to replace it. They refused to post the product review even though I am a verified purchaser. So dont trust their product reviews. Stay away from this site.

Bought a few items from itechdeals. Prices are great. Shipping is always slow and I had to ask for tracking information once. Only one item came in original packaging. One order made up of two items arrived but both items were defective. I was able to work with customer service to return them and get refund.

Bought iPhone charging cables. Have some issue due to holiday shipping but customer service resolved it quickly. Product are also good quality.
