The item I ordered didn't show up after 3 weeks, so I contacted support. The reply was almost instant. They offered to refund or replace, the next day it arrived. I'm not sure where the post office sent it first, so I won't give them 5 stars, but iTechDeals did all the correct things. Thanks!

The product did not function as described and appeared defective. Susan asked me about the charging overnight and I was able to pair it with my Android phone.

I received a defective iPad Air, and Jessica immediately corrected the problem by refunding the full cost... Paypal covered the return shipment.

I was looking for it to be a dud but I was pleasantly surprise. I enjoyed using all of the box. Got all new cables, headsets, powerbank, which was a gift i would have not brought myself. Also the customer service was execellent! Hope to get another one soon! Don't miss the chance to get one if you can! Worth the price!

Ordered some cables which were shipped via USPS. They never arrived. However, I got prompt response from iTechDeals and a prompt refund.

Have purchased many items thru this site and have always been happy with my purchase. However, I did have an issue with a refurb iPod and iTech customer service took quick action to enable a return authorization and a refund credit back to my credit card. Very pleased and I recommend others do not hesitate to order thru them.

Please make sure you know what you are buying on this site. Most items are ok and affordable but I did run into a piece of junk that I had to return. Customer service was helpful and accepted the return quickly. Refund was promptly offered once I shipped back the bad item by USPS with tracking.

Their customer service is superb!

We are ALWAYS needing extra toothbrushes for house guests so when I saw this AMAZING deal on a 12-pack of Oral B toothbrushes i jumped on it. And iTech customer service is SO great and was quick to respond when I wasn't sure is my order was placed because of a website glitch. Got the product FAST & exactly as advertised. I'll definitely shop with iTech in the future!

They have something for everyone! The customer service team is great also, they resolved an issue that I was having in a timely manner. The products that I received are nice!
