I've done four different offers to get gems for 1945 Air Force. I got the first one which was only 53 gems. The other three I have yet to get any of the rewards for. I opened tickets, and all I get back is:

Same response to every single ticket no matter what I say or ask.
I don't ever usually post reviews on anything, but I spent two days playing rip-off Solitaire games, watching coins fall onto a stupid belt to push other coins off the stupid belt, and listening to a horrible music app. All for nothing thus far.

Usually when a prize is glitched out it is just said that its not their fault, but here they handled it within an hour without any excuses. Very pleased

This site's customer service is downright horrendous. For over a month I've struggled to get rewards from them (Lifestyle Points for Sims Freeplay) and have had to publish negative reviews on Trustpilot to get my rewards. Now I don't even GET rewards anymore! A few days ago I had to email Firemonkeys to get my reward for 2 offers I completed. Today I sent in 2 support tickets, one was approved but I still haven't received the reward yet! How can people use your services if you swindle them out of their time and some cases, money? That's scamming! You're tricking your customers! I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone at all. Waste of time and their customer service is terrible! It's a scam! Stay away from it!

I want rewards for the Woodoku offer AND the previous ones IMMEDIATELY.

I had an issue and got a ticket. They said wait up to 3 days but sorted up in less than 2 hours which was good. Satisfied.

I submitted my help request and within 24 hours it was resolved, i had an email which i had to click a link to validate and came home to everything sorted, thanks guys :)

I sent my issue and screenshots, confirmed my email and 24 hours later issue was resolved. Super fast.

I had an issue with my reward, I did not receive it even though it was completed.
After contacting the support, I received the reward in less than a day.

I've had a little issue regarding tokens in Top Eleven, and It was quickly solved, in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate that, keep It up, thank you IronSource.

They solve my issue very fast, there was a problem with the reward I did a ticket and the problem was fix.

Genuine review here; ironsrc.com is a load of crap! Unhelpful, take your money and then ignore you. They rip off your users who then direct their anger at you, giving your application business a bad image, and loss of revenue in the long run. My advice, avoid like covid 19.
Just look at the reviews/comments online or on Google play.

I have participated in approximately 10 IronSource offers, and 8 out of the 10 were rejected. Unfortunately I did all concurrently, and so did not learn the lesson of this scam operation until many hours were spent trying to fulfill the offers that Ironsource lured me in with. I carefully read the instructions for each offer, and the terms, and when I finished each offer, and did not receive the rewards, I submitted tickets to their customer service, along with screen shots proving the completion of the offer. Their only reply was that the my ticket "has been reviewed and cannot be approved as the advertiser did not confirm your completion as valid." For example, one offer was to make any in game purchase. Easy enough. No reward. When I emailed customer support, I supplied the Google play receipt, as well as a screenshot of the in game mail that stated I made a purchase. This was rejected as insufficient proof. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE SCAMMERS! Learn the lesson that cost me hours and actual money on google play -- this fraudulent business will not honor the terms of the deals they offer. Don't fall for it.
