In spite of completing the requirements for the promised advertised credits I did not receive them. After submitting a request to have this corrected I received an email confirming that I had been approved to receive the credits but have still not received them. I have rebooted the gaming apps and followed the instructions of the email, and have still not received the credits. Extremely disappointing, I spent a great deal of time completing the requirements in order to receive the advertised credits.

I completed 2 missions, one is completed and the other didn't even show up what do I do? It's been a week since one of the missions has been completed and so far nothing, and the other hasn't even appeared

I had a question about a large sum of tokens I earned, I emailed them and within 12 hours I got a response back and my account was credited. Awesome!

I had a problem where I didn't receive my currency for the offer, I told Ironsource about it, they got back to me, I have gotten the currency from the offer I completed.

I have completed a lords mobile offer however i waited 4 days and i never received the rewards, so i contacted support with the required information it says it would take up to 3 business days, so i waited but i was surprised it only took 26mins for my reward to came through.

Explaination of the photos the first photo shows the ticket was sent on 10:44am and Approval of the ticket was on 11:10am and the final photo shows the offer being completed.

They take the longest time for pay out after telling the client they did something wrong the game they represent is pagan and No God fearing should get involved with any of their products Thank you for finally pay after 2 weeks though Shalom.

My offers on 1945 Air Force keep getting approved, but I am not getting awarded anything. I don't know if IronSource is to blame or the game app. But so far IronSource has not been helpful in solving the issue. Will update if that changes.

Ironsource is a hook-in for games to promote products and sales by giving in game rewards for real life purchases. Their hook in sucks... it regularly fails to register the purchase and give credit for it. I've provided them with screenshots showing the purchase, the lack of in game credit and no response. I've shown them the game developers customer service showing where I did get credited on 1 purchase and even it doesn't show in their hook in--which is where you are supposed to go to prove you completed something or something is In Progess.

I would not recommend them to anyone.

Good offerwall with a lot of rewards on gamehag, it's the only working offerwall in the website, fast response and reward, thanks ironsource!
