I hesitate to complain about much, never wanting to be a bother, especially around the year-end holidays, but the process was easy, painless, and mostly automated. The resolution was quick and positive - they want to come through on what they promised, and they act quickly when they find out something has gone wrong to correct things. Will not hesitate to contact support if this happens again :)

Had a game completed successfully but didn't receive a reward, submitted a ticket and in less than 24 hours was rewarded successfully.

I got to many times for completed offer no credits and i cant do anything about it im keeping to report issues and they are just ignoring it so i dont have energy to fight with them. I wont post any pictures cause they become irrelevant and so they dont have time to fix my problems i wont spent it by proving their mistakes

I wrote an email and they replied in a few minutes, so the service is very fast. Also, my problem was solved.

I had leveled up like I was told to on the app and still didn't collect my coins so I waited 15 minutes like the message said. Because some of these offers take a little while to reward you. Well I waited over 2 hours so then I decided to contact support for the claim. I opened both apps the game and the app with the delayed coins and took a picture of the game and also used the app id and user id and sent the message to support and then I had received a automated message telling me they received my message and then I received another message telling me they needed to verify my email. I did that next I got my coins. In under 1 hour all together. I also got a confirmation telling me I got my coins for the app. All in all a very nice response team this place has.

Very quick and very helpful. They don't just assume you're being a jerk and trying to trick anyone. They take time to review before just refusing to help like the other offerwall help does.

I have contacted with the support I wrote about my problem and they responded very fast and they were very helphul.
The game has some issue but they are trying to fix it so based on my experiences the overall rating is 4 star for me.
