They are fraud their customer service is fraud I pay 300$ to purchase this device and yet the channels are slow and stuck every other minutes if I call they put u on hold for 2 hours and will continue lying that change your cables why would u buy I new cable if the device I purchase only had few weeks. They are scam and now not returning my money. Plzz be careful! Don't put your hard earn money on this device! Here is the attachment of I call them so many times and they cut my call.
IPTV Device is a total scam. This company is operating a criminal enterprise. On Feb 15,2022. I purchased their service for 3 months based on these 2 fake reviews on sitejabber. It worked fruitlessly for one day and then began to show their true evil colors. This poor/bad service continued for one month and then my ID, password and URL failed to work. Contacted these busy bodies that my service is down and this is what I got from them "really?! How can that be, what issue? Tell me your order number?" Beware! Don't make the same mistake for thinking you'll try them. Just ran far from them. I will continue to post this negative but honest feedback on more sites and when they try to change their name I'll go after them. The worst of all PAYPAL help these bad guys to steal and walk free. No wonder Ebay sent them packing. This is my order details;
