I Purchased 40A MPPT solar controller. I received a 10A PWM controller with what appears to be model stickers removed. Circuit board identified a far cheaper less powerful model.

It was so easy to deal with and review ipower energy solar team, everyone I interacted with was a thorough professional. Always courteous in explaining things multiple times. Would definitely recommend the ipower energy.

Six weeks late, still waiting, they have not bothered to reply to any emails, or try to explain what has gone wrong, am seriously worried about having dealt with people.

Purchased 2x new 130 amp lithium batteries. When they arrived they both looked like they were used and one was damaged. Both were flat. Only one charged up the other has not. After several tests The battery that did charge up is at best a 100 amp battery as I can only draw 65amps before losing charge.
They proclaim to ship out of Australia however you cannot return the product their as it is only a third party dispatch centre. Very misleading.
Numerous emails to try and rectify and their response from i power was to return to HongKong with no return address given or phone number.
Do not deal with this company unless you like giving away money. They are scammers and should not be allowed to trade.

Sent wrong items and others are still missing.
Refused to send missing items.
Proposed to refund wrong items after shipping without covering shipping costs.
Buyers won't be protected if they buy online from this seller who can decide to ship what they like.

Ordered 200ah battery. Received unlabelled uncertified battery no larger than 50ah. No phone number listed to call and resolve this. No contact from seller.
SCAMMERS.

I received a battery which looked nothing like the one advertised on their website which i purchased. I have tried several times to communicate with them and the responses i have received look to be written by someone incompetent for their role.
The battery was advertised to be 135ah. Once i received it and noticed that no where on the battery at all did it actually say what it was rated at, i knew it was dodgy. I went and had it tested and to no surprise the battery failed, onlyholding half of the charge they claimed it to.

I am still waiting on a call from their so called "highly trained customer friendly staff"

Sealed battery arrived leaking acid. No reply from website or phone. Do not recommend dealing with them
