Stay away! Expensive, junk fees, lousy service, awful customer service! (chat only), takes forever to get refund for unjustified charges

I bought a massage chair for $1399.00, February 1st 2022, and am still waiting on delivery. Not much hope.

So we ordered 3 batteries over 12 months ago on express delivery they still have not turned up but after 2 months they refunded the express component. Still no communication as to when batteries will arrive. No communication at all

May 2022: I was with iPower for MANY years. I saw that my credit card was charged $17.99 and called asap to to see that is was for one of the url's that I no longer use so I cancelled. Months later I call them and ask why can't I get into my account? They said because I stopped payment to cancel the url. I asked customer service to let me see my account to understand what is going on. These $#*!s wanted $17.99 + $10 or $15 for me to access and account I had with them for many years. What a POS company. GO ELSEWHERE

No phone number, no tracking, no address one sentence emails, if they responded. I spent $8000. 00 of products and nothing has arrived after four months

Ordered electric massage chair from these bloody scammer. Paid $300 but never hear from them. It's been 2 month never receive delivery. This is greatest fraud ever.

Bought a chair September 2021. They keep sending me same email saying it's on its way and will be 65 days. No response They are a scam company. Do not use them.

Caution, very bad, not honest. Very very slow, not responding at all, very bad quality.be careful with those people.

This business is a pain in the arse to deal with. They Sent the wrong led lamp and they are impossible to get in contact with. They drop ship so be prepared to wait for your item to come from China. And that's if they send you the correct stuff in the first place! Stay well away from ipower because you'll most likely lose your money!

They stole over $1,000 from me. Don't ever trust them you will not receive what you paid for. The worst scammers ever.

I spent $1111. 00 on solar panels and batteries still waiting 3 months later. I checked out the reviews on the page and everything looked in order but when I checked for reviews online outside of their web page the stories are all similar they do not post out major purchases then you spend the next 6 months chasing down your products it seems to be multiple sites offering same items and giving out the same excuses please do not buy from them

Waiting 45 days for a solar panel, cannot supply any eta or tracking details, this company is a scam, avoid at all costs

I received a used and incomplete LED corner lamp unit. When I asked for a replacement or refund, I received a sarcastic email telling me to return the box to China before a refund, with no details or address.

Order had to wait guess of all this cover delays came faster than all my other orders
Works instantly great and better than advertise to me will return for more gadgets 'I can say that I am quiet happy with my purchase price and delivery

Bought 2x 200ah lithium batteries from them. Neither had the amp hours marked on the battery and both batteries tested at 2 different battery shops proved to be duds. Neither took charges. Have been trying for 8 months now to get my money back and reported to Fair Trading and the police. Multiple company registrations. Beware!
