Ended up buying 2, one for my Pre Box S2 Digital, and one for my WiFi router. The improvement was immediate and over time has gotten better. Listening to Sennheiser HD650's through the S2 directly has made me rethink why I need a separate headphone amp.

I have been trying to return a bike that was unsuitable to this company for more than 2 weeks. They refuse to give me an address to return it to (though they have an Australian address on their website) and are charging about $200 to return it plus freight. I have been emailing with them to try and get a resolution but they are vague and refuse to help. Don't purchase from this company, there are much more reputable businesses out there that aren't a scam.

Absolutely disgusting company that scams their customers.

Then purchase from these scammers, because I can guarantee with 100% certainty you'll need to contact these idiots BUT you also won't get a straight answer from them!
Want to ask for a refund for a product and delivery that you have paid for? Of course ipower is the place to go... but you won't get your money back!

I highly recommend avoiding this company like the plague!

We purchased 2 x ebikes totalling $2000 on 30 July. Received the wrong bikes (both), not even the same design as what we ordered, were told the bikes we got are more expensive that the ones we ordered. DON'T CARE - just want what we ordered, they wont refund our money or send us the bikes we ordered and collect the ones we definitely don't want. They don't respond to our emails now - Definitely reporting them to higher authorities.

No responsible customer service. They ignore your emails. Very long and delayed delivery. Do not expect on-time delivery and there is no way to track your order. If you are so lucky, you will get your order delivered, but no guarantee that you will receive what you ordered! Low-quality batteries and, absolute waste of money.

Don't buy anything from these people, the whole business is a scam which sends rubbish, no tracking details, no money back. 135 A/H battery was 1/3 weight of similar battery. 1/2 the order never arrived.
SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered a 135ah 12v battery and was supplied a 55ah 12v battery which was defective. They don't communicate very well. Taking the matter to NSW Fair trading.

Title pretty much sums it up. I'm actually embarassed i ever used this company for batteries. Spent $560 for a battery which would have been a good deal if it wasnt for the fact they didnt actually send that battery.

I would question any review of this company that is above 1 star.

I bought some of their '200ah' batteries which are not spec described on their website. That is because they are not selling what they are advertising. The batteries are less than half the size that they should be, weigh about a third of what they should, and when I tested them, rated just under a third of the amp hours advertised. Absolute scam and I should've known with that price. Don't be fooled or greedy, this will burn you. Have reported them to ACCC and NSW Fair Trading but seems they are still operating. They trade as a few different names, Maverick butteries, GS, overstocked.

This company is a big scam- they are not answering your questions - I purchased a blue ebike for $1100 and they sent the wrong colour when I emailed them they said the blue one is much cheaper! I don't care if it is much cheaper, I wanted a blue one! There is no red version of that bike on their website! They are a big scam- it has been more than a month I am talking with them and still no solid answer for sending the proper item.
