This company sucks and at the end of this subscription I'll be going elsewhere. The concept is perfect for what I was looking for, however they have been unable to deliver. Started out with a problem receiving proper emails, they had me try a different email, still same thing, emails never delivered. They supposedly worked on the problem for a year before they admitted they had a "system" wide issue. Two years still no resolution. Now they decided to update their term and send out 20 page doc that everyone must agree to so can continue using the mailbox. Basically holding my mail hostage even though I'm paid through November this year. Also no refund. Who else besides me is ready to sue? Class Action in the making. Just so happens the new term specifically state you agree to no class Action law suits. Interesting to say the least.
So far it is great. I appreciate the ease and simplicity of the service. It is very convenient.
No problems at all getting started was pretty easy sales rep walked me through all the steps even a lay person could do it.
My first time going to pick-up my mail was wonderful! The ladies working the counter were so sweet and attentive and were very kind to my daughters which was an extra bonus.

After paying for the notarization, I found out that the form was wrong after asking if it was correct and the CSR said it was ok. Now I have to do it all over again

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. If you did file forms, they should have been approved so your mail could be received, or you should have been notified about what is missing or incorrect.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry about the issues you described.
While we did have a temporary issue with email notifications, this has not been recurring situation for many customers. Our records show that our tech team looked into this, and many test emails were sent. We are sorry to hear that this went unresolved.
We did update our Terms of Service back in May. It is important that you read, and accept if you would like to continue using your digital mailbox, the new terms. Other functions of your mailbox are not available until the new terms are agreed upon.
