The initial confirmation screen failed after my mailbox form was completed.

Excellent,everything went as advertised.I had a USPS box in Eugene for almost 50 years.The cost went up every year and the service went down.I finally decided to make the change.

Customer service was clear and resolved my need. I was unable to figure out how to get a package filled with letters opened up for my review of each letter. David@ customer service explained, and progress is being made. So far so good although it appears that I may need more than 6 images due to large amount of mail in the one package.

IPostal1 is absolutely the best service to create a physical business address.

I have just signed up to use the service in the past few months and so I have a new customer so I have not had a chance to use the service yet since my mailbox was just approved a few days ago. I hope to start using it soon.

Mailbox moved because Staples closed down. They addressed properly and fixed my experience.

I didn't have an "experience" per se. I just needed to send in an updated insurance card.

The packaged was shown in my inbox almost immediately after it was received at the mailbox. Forwarding was requested on the system and customer service gave me a courtesy call to confirm I had selected the right shipping priority. Everything went smoothly!

Contacted cust svc had a couple of issues they responded immediately. They changed corrected what needed to be done and sent Email confirmations.
