I am really disapponted in the way they handle issues. I have spent weeks asking for the resolution of a problem without anything being done by their staff. I got a mail with them since over 2 months and they are not able to scan it. But wait... they charged me for the scan requested and they keep on charging me monthly. Support barely replies and even whan I contacted them on Twitter, nothing moved. This is a very bad attitude that should be discouraged by any means.
I have a package that says "delivered" one month ago in the tracking. I contacted them several times, they take around 5 days to reply, and they always reply the same, nothing happens. They say that they'll check it, that they didn't receive anything and they will check again.
ONE $#*!ING MONTH and the problem isn't solved. I keep sending emails but nothing.
I will ask for a refund and change of service because I can't handle this bad service.

Thanks for your review. Sorry about your frustration in locating the package that tracking information says was delivered.
It sounds like you have been in touch with your local mail center, which should have received the package. It would be very unusual for a package delivered to not be properly stored and appear in your digital mailbox.

Read the other reviews in here. Mom & Pop pack and ships use iPostal1 to add an extra service offering. If you come in as a customer from iPostal1 expect to be treated poorly. If there are any problems, expect iPostal1 to actively duck you. I've called many, many times about mail being delayed, not loaded, requests not serviced. I'm always deferred to a supervisor that never, ever calls back or offered any recompense. Stay away.
I have now used iPostal1 for 3 locations for my business. I had previously used them when we were travelling full-time. The service is always spectacular at each location and the forwarding shipping is fast. It is also very easy to instantly shred or discard junk mail. When I call a location and talk to an agent there, they are always polite, responsive, flexible and know the details of how the virtual mailbox works. I highly recommend for travelers, businesses and personal use.
Called about a service issue placed on perpetual hold then advised to contact service provider, service provider sent me back to ipostal called ipostal no response, and now I can't get msil for lack of effective communication. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere its safer

This service was described as a virtual mailbox. First, every time I receive a letter, the notification goes to my junk email (even though I've moved it to my inbox, flagged it and added you to my contacts) so I don't see it. Also, it was not said anywhere in the beginning that I'd have to pay for someone to forward a letter or shred it. Sometimes I've requested for a letter to be opened and nothing happened for 2 weeks. Then I had to call the offic where they simply said they forgot and opened it that day without an apology. Lastly, they said that this address will be registered as a real physical address, but for banks, credit card companies, and several other entities, it is considered a P. O. Box. Now we have that address permanently as our corporate address and have had so many problems because of it. If I had to go back, I'd definitely go ahead with another service.
This service has worked great for me. No problems. I've used iPostal1 for about a year and I plan to keep this service indefinitely.
I thought I had found the perfect solution for those of us who travel. I opened the account, and I too was under the impression that I would be able to, at least, see who the mail was from. I got their "required" document notarized for $30 and uploaded it. IT TOOK 3.5 weeks for this document to be approved (1 click), so my mail piled up and I literally could not access it, could not request it to be sent elsewhere. I am thankful for Sue, she is really nice! If not for her I would gladly file a regulatory complaint. Absolutely disappointed. I should get a refund.

Multiple errors over the one year I have had the service. Lots of apologies but no change. Don't expect same day service of requests for mail could take 2 or 3 to respond
Great Idea but poorly managed.
You need to train your locations better and let them help customers not blame them for not knowing how your Company runs.

I use this service to collect mail for me when I travel. I review the items online and can have them discard the junk mail I don't want. They forward my mail to any address I give them and in a timely manner. This is all I could want, so good job!
I do not recall being informed there would be additional charges for shredding and especially not for scheduling to come pick up my mail myself!
Not cool.
I think $9.95 a month, period, is plenty enough!

Thanks for your review. We are very transparent when it comes to pricing for on-demand optional services, which are posted on our Pricing pages on iPostal1.com under Optional Services. Fees for mail pickup vary by location but details are available under the address listing for each location. Since there are time and labor involved in retrieving your mail and processing your pickup task, it is only fair that the mail center be compensated with a nominal fee. Pickup with a digital mailbox is not self-service as is a physical mailbox.
The fee of $9.95 per month is about half of what you would pay for a PO Box with the USPS, which does not include the convenience of digital mailbox service. So your digital mailbox with iPostal1 really is a strong value. Our pricing policy is to keep the monthly mailbox price as low as possible by not including ‘free’ services that would require a higher price to cover the additional costs. We think this is also the fairest approach, as the people who use optional services pay for them and are not subsidized by those who don’t. We hope this explanation helps you look at the value of your digital mailbox differently and more favorably.

We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable.
