Does everything we need to manage incoming mail, including the banking of checks etc.
At first the mail wasn't being removed from the app and I was getting charged for mail I had already picked up. I complained after I saw I was charged extra and the service reimbursed me as well as corrected the problem so now when I pick up the mail they automatically remove it from my digital mail box. At first I was apprehensive but now I love this service.
It's been a very useful service, especially for setting up my LLC. I do wish that it wasn't so costly for scanning and forwarding of mail, especially with the monthly fee. That's my only qualm.
I go to the office to pick up my mail and yet I'm still being charged.

We charge customers a small fee for pick up because of the labor and time involved in retrieving the mail and processing the task in our system so you have a complete history of each mail item. All pricing and fees are posted on our Pricing page, as our goal is to be as transparent as possible about our pricing policy.

Very good experience. I read a few negative comments before I signed up so was a little hesitant but have had nothing but a positive experience with Damen and crew.

I went and got a 1583 notarized and sent it numerous times to ipostal. This is since Aug. They have approved it and no follow up but they keep debiting my account every month. I already sent two emails to stop my account and refund if I can't use there mail service.

We did check your file and see that you did upload the Form 1583 but not IDs required by the USPS as we explain when you log in to your digital mailbox.
Our customer service team will reach out to you help get your documents in order so they can be approved and you can start using your digital mailbox. We will also cancel your account if you prefer or you can do it yourself from Account Settings in the app or from your online digital mailbox under the Account tab.

Love the service and would recommend to anyone looking for a virtual address.
I think $35 to deposit a check is excessive. I think the other fees (scanning/shredding etc.) are reasonable and the service works well. I've yet to forward a package so I'm not clear on what those costs might be. Overall I'm happy with the exception noted above.

With regard to check deposit by mail, we offer this as a convenience for customers who cannot pick up their checks or do not want to forward them to deposit themselves. There are a couple of steps to this, and we do require that our centers mail deposits with trackable postage, so the cost is generally around $15 to $20, although you can deposit up to 5 checks at once to the same account and save.
We see that your cost was a little above that due to priority shipping, but we do not see a charge of $35.
Perhaps there is a lower cost trackable shipping option available to you at your mail center. Please contact your mail center to discuss or reach out to the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected].

Ok getting what I pay for and don't have time for surveys. If the time comes when you don't perform as needed I'll inform you.
I purchased this service so that I could receive mails while I was away from the US. I submitted all the necessary forms but the screen DOES NOT allow me to ship to an international address.
I contacted the customer service via email - all they say is that they have received the forms and I should be able to select the international address to ship to, which I cannot! I contacted them again but no response. They charge me extra to hold the mails for more than a month - now I have to decide if I have to discard mails (including checks) or not, within a few days.
I contacted the regional office - he recommended me to call to solve this but why do I have to make an international call, which is not even a toll-free number!? This kind of issue should NOT happen in the first place (one of the very basic services), and even if it happens, it should be solved electronically.

We researched your issue and discovered cause of the problem.
It states in the USPS Form 1583 FAQ on our website:
"What is the cost of the online notary service?
"The online notary service through iPostal1 charges $25 for a single notarization.
"We offer this service as a convenience for those who live abroad or who do not have access to a Notary Public nearby. (Customers living outside the U.S. who sign up for a U.S. address MUST use this online notary service.)
"When you sign up for more than one iPostal1 address, the cost drops to $5 each for notarizations 3 through 11 if completed in the SAME notary session, and free for additional notarizations beyond 11."
Therefore, since you are a customer living outside the U.S. who signed up for a U.S. address, you must use this online notary service. This explains why your mail center would not forward your mail.
Submitting a Form 1583 notarized by the online notary service will rectify your problem and allow your mail to be forwarded.

I have recently purchased the service and so far so good I haven't used the full extent of it yet but is good so far
It can be challenging to learn, but I enjoy it now.
Easy to manage mail online such as adding a forwarding address. The employees at the postal office are good at fetching my mail.
I've loved iPostal1! I'm happy that it is performing as expected.
Everything is easy and quick. I have no issues getting my mail while not disclosing my actual address.
I was happy to give iPostal1 a good review, then I read the print at the bottom of SiteJabber's review page. It includes a thinly veiled threat of legal action! That is simply not acceptable to me.
This review is based on my personal experience and everything in it is either fact, or my personal opinion. My opinion is that SiteJabber is a terrible company. If you want to take legal action against me, prove that I am lying about my own opinion. I dare you.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

Glad to hear your positive experience with iPostal1. We offer a great value at $9.99 per month at most locations for a mailing address with digital mailbox service. You would pay twice that much for a PO Box at most post office locations - and that does not come with convenience of getting notified when new mail arrives and the ability to forward mail, scan mail content, discard or shred mail using an app or your computer from anywhere.
We do charge for these optional services due to the labor and time involved. But we chose not to offer ‘free’ services at a higher monthly fee because then customers who don’t use these services subsidize the cost for those that do.
