I love that I have an physical address without the overhead.
This service is wonderful and just what my small business needed!
I am unclear on the fee structure to have items scanned and shredded. I understood that service included with my subscription. Aside from that lack of clarity, the service is adequate for my needs as a deployed foreign service officer of the USG.
It's a good website that provides timely notification of my mail as well as timely charges for payment

Everything was easy to set up and the price is just right
The stie is very clucky and some of the feature don't even work, like the preview of the mail which always only show a missing image icon. Also when i go to mark the mail as picked up it soes nothing and never marks it. When you try to a group selection the loading icon shows up and nothing else, just a blank page. Everything you try to do with this site seems to end in epic fail.

Thanks for your review. You should be able to see an outside image of every mail item with no problems. We will contact your mail center about this and fix the problem.
There is no need for you to mark mail as picked up - better to Schedule a Pickup from the app or your computer and the items you choose for pickup will be automatically marked as picked up when the mail center processes the pickup task. They can even do this themselves if you forget to schedule a pickup.

As for right now everything's good no problems and I have no complaints
There were some hiccups we encountered with a specific mail handler and when I reached out to Ipostal with my complaint, my issue was completely resolved within hours.
Not enough experience to rate 5 stars, but so far satisfied with service.
I have used iPostal1 for a few months and they have been good so far. They made one error by incorrectly billing me for storage fees on a package that I had picked up. However, when I emailed them, they refunded the incorrect fee promptly. The people I deal with at my mailbox location are great. Always available and prompt.
I've had a great experience using iPostal so far. Their staff is friendly and the service and application are easy to use.
With the goal of receiving shipments to the ship center associated through iPostal, there was a relief that they could be received without actually being there.
The staff were helpful as well, and could navigate the system to make sure shipments were checked in/notified.
The speed and the efficiency is great. Love to have them just scan and shred.
I've had a great experience so far. I've even recommended iPostal1 to some small businesses

We really are very transparent about our pricing; the fee structure for scanning and shredding can be found on the Pricing page of our website. Under the Optional Services section, we present pricing details for all services that come with an extra charge that is due to the cost and labor involved.
We keep our monthly mailbox fee as low as possible, only $9.99 at most locations, and charge separately for additional services such as scanning and shredding.
