Received no response despite sending to emails to customer service.
I just started to use iPostal1. I don't think service quality is good. I have seen two issues so far. First, the image of the envelope is very blurry. It is hard to recognize text on it. Second, I requested to discard an item but later found it reappeared in the Inbox. For that, I got charged.

"Christmas" was an excuse by the brick & mortar store iPostal uses for my chosen address, as to why he couldn't enter my packages into the system. I had to call each time I knew a package was received to get him to enter it. Each package was entered 5 days AFTER he received it. I am hoping now that the holidays are over that things change.
I was unpleasantly surprised to find we are charged to scan every letter we receive. I understood the base fee included the cost of scanning 10 letters a month. Also, once scanned, your system provides no way to download the scan which is a major deficiency.
For my company which is just getting started its perfect for what I need at the moment.
I still have challenges navigating the user interface, trying to learn how to do what I want/need. I don't feel like it's very intuitive. Nevertheless, it does meet my needs.

Great overall customer service. When I needed something resolved it would be handled with no issues.
It was great service and we felt lucky that we found this service from random Google search. We always had stress about sharing P. O box with family in-laws and long waiting at post office but now all super easy and fast. No more hassle and stress!

I haven't used all of the benefits this service offers, but I like having an address that is separate from my place of residence. Please note, my first name is Diann, NOT Antley. My last name is Antley.
Service is professional and the staff is always available to assist you with any questions.
I have only used the service now for a few months and in that time it has been really great and easy. I can log on to see what my mail is and if it is worth it to pick up. I haven't used the other online options yet like shredding or batch shipping so I can't comment on that but I would guess it will be easy and convenient if I have to. Really just glad because I needed a place to get mail at and have an address with minimum management. I really thought this would cost a lot more than it does so glad it is affordable.

Detail, I am a non-resident alien and since that date I have not been able to notarize form 1583 to use the service 100%. The company they recommend using never have a Spanish-speaking notary.
