Ipostal stopped my ability to use the site to see my mail. Said I owend $199 which was for a more expensive plan. I didn't sign up for the more expensive plan. When I tried to Call, Email and use their CHAT bot, I got NO response. I spent several hours trying to figure out what was going on without any help from Ipostal. The office that I was using in my home town to track my mail, said they had no control over ipostal and how they charged customers or how to use their website. I don't recommend you use this company. You can't speak with anyone when things go wrong.

As long as your account is active and you have mail in your mailbox, you should be able to view that mail in your inbox.
You can always check your plan name in your Mailbox Settings and review your billing history in the Transactions tab.

I signed up via Tailor Brands so I've had issues logging in outside of Tailor Brands. It took a while, but I finally found a work around. Outside of logging in I do love this.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs.
