I've never been more frustrated with a company in my life. I sent in an iPhone 4S that had a malfunctioning screen instead of just fixing it myself. I expected atleast $60 and I got back a check for $6. I emailed the company and they told me to send the serial number in. I gave them 3 different iphone serial numbers two which were 4s's and 1 5s and they had no data on any of them. I NEVER OWNED A iphone 3! But they insist I did and that was what I sent in. After 3 months of arguing they send me back the wrong phone. I've never dealt with more unprofessional company in my life and never will again. Smash your phone and sell the scrap before you turn your phone into them. I would give them a half star if possible

I guess it was my fault for sending my iphone 3GS without any guarantee of funds, was quoted at $170 but only received $50. Complained but havent heard anything since. Buyer beware!

I sent them an IPhone 3 that they listed at $150. This phone was in new condition. I received a check for $40. I will investigate and send an update but this doesn't sound right to me.

This is a cool idea and it actually worked. I have friends who have sent their iPhones in and gotten checks so I'm finally sending mine since it broke last week. About 5 of my friends have tried it. I know I worried about the company being legit since I'd have to send my phone with no guarantee of the money. But the news videos are cool on their site so that helped believe in them. Then I actually had friends try it and it worked for them so now it's my turn. I'm excited because I'm going to put that money towards a new 4G.
It was pretty easy. They sent me an envelope and I sent it back. Got a check about a week later.
