I purchased unlock service for iPhone 6 on 6/27/17 for $106. On 8/2/17, the unlock was still pending and I wrote asking for a status update. I received a non-specific, wishy-washy response. When 60+ days passed without progress, I requested a refund. I emailed the company 9/3,9/13,9/18,9/21, and 10/11 making this request. NO ONE will even acknowledge receipt of my correspondence. As soon as I can find their postal address (which is probably purposely secreted somewhere in the small print) I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Maybe that will get their attention.

On the 2017-08-23 20:09:59 I payed for a service I thought would be quick with no issues. Today, not only is their customer service ignoring me, but also threaten me to block my mail for sending too many mails.

All I want is my money back, their service is horrible. ITS A SCAM!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY... These people are savages, no compassion, no caring for their customers.

ITS A SCAM! Trust me, I would't be writing this review for no other reason that I am extremely disappointed with them ignoring my demand for a refund.

I ordered a unlock on my Sprint phone on August 7,2017. After I made both payments to this company, and the 100 % meter showed that the unlock was complete, I reached out to the company on numerous occasions, and as of September 18,2017 I still have a locked phone and they have not responded to me on my emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! RIP OFF. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges since they will not get back to me. I was more than willing to allow them the time to fix this. But, once a company does not respond to you, it simply means that they are ripping you off. Not going to happen. I have my attorney filing paperwork as we speak.

I don't know why this company has a rating of 4 stars. They must either pay people for positive reviews or have a lot of bot reviews whatever the case may be I am here to tell you guys NOT TO GIVE UR MONEY TO THEM they are Simply a scam. I tried using their services as a test for my purposely locked iPad and put this possibility of icloud unlocking to the test and of course it failed.
3 days later they will claim you device is blacklisted by apple even though it is NOT at least not in my case as I said already it is mine and used as a test.
IF you have an icloud locked device only the previous owner can unlock it for you or unless you have proof of purchase.
If not then sadly you will just have to live with it because IPHONEIMEI will never be able to unlock anything for you nor will anyone else so don't bother.
So there you have it DON'T buy anything from them they will simply do nothing and tell you bogus reasons why they can't unlock your phone and cannot refund you.
I am in the process of disputing to my credit card company and their payment processor, you should do the same if you even purchased anything from them.

These guys took $54.00 to unlocked imei: ************** but it has not been unlocked and no one is answering from support... SCAM... SCAM... SCAM...
