I would like see more views of the watches. It's more helpful making selections. Also, take down watch choices when out of stock. I was excited for a watch and only to be disappointed to find out they were all gone! I thought that delivery was 4-5 days. 14 days later I received them.

Fast...easy and convenient
This website was easy to navigate through and shop for watches. Excellent prices. My order came in individual Invicta watch boxes. The watches had a plastic wrapping on the watch face, back and metal band. This perfectly protected the watches. The boxes were well padded. The watches were a bargain, yet the packaging and delivery were as if I had paid full price. I will definitely buy again.
I never got an email stating that my product was out for delivery. It just showed up at my house one day. I kept looking to see any tracking information and there was never any. I thought that my items were never mailed out

I ordered a watch on discount. It arrived in pristine condition except without the spring loaded pin to adjust the bracelet and no tool to remove links in the band. The box containing the watch was missing the plastic wrapper so it probably was used as a demo watch. I've sent the watch back to the repair department after speaking with someone from Invicta Stores. He was very courteous and helpful. I'm waiting now to get the watch back from the repair department.
