I Was A Bit Disappointed That I Paid For Overnight Shipping And It Was Gonna Get Here Till After The Weekend But When I Talked To Customer Service They Refunded Me My Original Overnight Shipping Fee And It Still Came Earlier Than Expected. I Was Really Impressed By The Craftsmanship Of The Watch So Overall The Service Was Great. Thanks So Much Invicta Stores I Will Continue To Shop Her For My Watches. 10/10

My only issue was that I ordered a watch with a specific bezel and I was sent a different one, instead of sending the correct one and a return package, I was told to order a new one and return the other for a refund in 7 to 10 days. I was lucky that a co worker wanted the watch I didn't so I just ordered a new one that I was and am very happy with
