For the most part it was all good. However when my time piece band breaks the first time I wear it and the help center tells me there's nothing that can be done without spending more money, it personally drops all ratings and tells me I should no longer continue to buy from you.

The watch picture and discription showed a "Swis Made" watch. Picture showed the imprint of Swiss Made at the 6 o'clock position on the face of the watch. The model number and discription is the same across all sale points and retail websites. The watched I received was a watch with the same model number but manufactured in Asia. No markings that stated Swiss Made! I called Invicta directly asked to speak with a supervisor was told that they were in a meeting I asked for a return call. Was offered to return the watch in question or keep it and credit my account $20. Forf future purchase. I did not receive and call or further communication. I retunred the watch via Federal Express same day. I have purchased previous Swiss Made watches from Invictastores.com Also I am a VIP card member. I will not buy anymore watches from Invicta as they have lost my confidence and their lack luster custermor service.

Great watch great price.
I ordered three watches they were all really great looking in person. If I had to change anything it would be that they all came with the watches already set and the batteries running I personally didn't like that. It would be better if the watches were delievered with out the batteries already running that way you can start it when you're ready.
That is my only complaint everything else was great.
