Recd. Watch-the time was set perfectly, the day of the week-perfect-but the date dial was a week off. When I called cust. Service, and providing them with model #, he sent me an e-mail with an attachment on howto adjust it--it was for the WRONG type watch! I called again, and provided them with model #, they were confused on how to change date. After telling them there was a little button above the crown, they figured it out.

Just wanted to let you guys know I never received an email telling me the watch had shipped. So, I did not know to look out for it or did not have a tracking number. Also, it was delivered to the wrong address. The person who received it was very honest and brought it to my house. Please in the future send an email to let me know it has been shipped and a tracking number. I was lucky this time to have the watch returned to me, I might not be that lucky next time.
