I ordered a Glycine Combat Sub on 18 Aug the weekend they were on sale for $398.

The entire following week went by then into the second week after the order was originally placed. When my order still showed to be "processing" I called to find out why and then discovered your company was awaiting further inventory from the manufacturer. So first problem - y'all sold product you didn't even physically have.

I was told additional stock was due either that day or the next and my order would be shipped once available.

That day went by, then the next and I called a second time. Was informed stock still wasn't available but I would receive a $50 refund for my inconvenience and the CSR would call me back to update me on the shipping confirmation.

That refund was not processed and I received no call back.

So I had to call y'all a THIRD time the following day.
THAT customer service representative FINALLY was able to get my order completely processed, get my purchased watch shipped, and process me a $100 refund for the gross inconvenience I experienced.

The end result is that I received a Combat Sub for $298 which is a stellar deal on that particular watch but having to call three separate times to get you guys to send me what you happily charged my credit card for instantly upon my placing the order is ridiculous.
