I love the watch, beautiful seahorse watch. I will need to return it due to it being too big in respect to my wrist. So I am sad about that. I reccommend that if you have a very large wrist that this may be the watch for you. It is impressively made and the attention to detail is amazing.

I paid for overnight shipping and did not receive until a week later. I am greatly infuriated with this false service you offer.
Bought 5 watches from Invicta. They each lasted 1-2 years. Bracelets kept breaking because pins failed. This happened a lot. Then 3rd watch slowed. I reasonably thought needed new battery and brought to local watch shop. They said problem not battery but works. Watch only 1 1/2 years old, so coveted by warranty. So I sent watch to IWSC service center. Postage $13 and I sent $28 check. You cashed $28 check then told me warranty voided because local watch shop opened to change battery. THIS IS CRAZY BECAUSE OF COURSE WHEN WATCH SLOWS ONE FIRST CHANGES BATTERY. THIS IS DISENGENUOUS AND CHEATING. IWSC wanted to charge me over $90, WHICH IS MIRE THAN THE COST OF A NEW WATCH!
I think much less of Invicta now, and will no longer do business with you, and will give you bad rating on social media.
Great watches at amazing prices
I ordered model #******* and did not get the right instructions manual for that watch. I have tried to find it on the internet, I also call Invicta customer number and nothing yet. I have never had this bad of service before with Invicta. Please let me know if you can send me the manual for model #*******. Thank you
