My experience with INVICTA watches has been terrible. I bought 4 INVICTA Subaqua Noma I's and 3 have failed around the one year old period and INVICTA's Customer Service is TERRIBLE. Parts are not available for INVICTA watches and you have to send your watch to their service center for at least a month and pay for shipping and the parts that failed on a watch that is less than a year old. I am still waiting for a watch that the movement failed and they said it could be up to 90 days to get the part. I bought this recent watch just for parts, since parts are not available. I have also contacted the Florida Attorney General's Office to notify them of my terrible experience and they seem to have plenty of complaints about INVICTA watches.

The watch arrived defective. There are no authorized Invicta dealers in my area. I contacted invictastores.com service department. They declared the watch defective because while I was able to set the time I could not set the date even with their instructions. I was then transferred to the sales department. They first accused me of buying it on ebay, however when I informed them I bought it online at their official site, they asked if I wanted it replaced or my money refunded. Since it was the last one and there were no local authorized dealers I opted for the refund. I was sent by e-mail a fedex return label. The sales representative was excellent and stayed on the line with me until I received the e-mail. I carefully packed up my watch and took it to my local fedex center. The watch was returned within a few hours of receipt. Fedex delivered the watch to invictastores.com Tuesday. Today is Friday and my money still has not been refunded to my account. I will give invictastores.com a couple more days and then I will file a complaint with my credit card company since the charge has already appeared on my statement.
