The watch I bought for my wife was not wrapped in protective plastic like the 6 other watches I previously purchased from your website. This makes me wonder if some of the watches you sell are returns or display models and I also thinking about if I should order anymore. Fortunately the links that some scratches on it were the ones that had to be removed for sizing and I did not have to go through the trouble of returning it.

Great prices and delivery was quick. I'm not happy with one of the watches I just purchased. Quality is not what I'm used to from Invicta watches. Piece of the bezel fell off first time my wife wore the watch. I'm hoping this is just fluke. Between my wife and myself we own over 30 Invicta watches. In my opinion for the prices you can find these great watches their is not a better time piece out there.

Ordering on there web site was easy and the watch came when they said it would. I did email customer service because the watch band was to big and I wanted help on what to do. They never responded. I did find out how to adjust the band so I am in good shape.
