I love a nice Watch. Shopping on the Invivtastores.com Website was easy and the my purchase was exactly what I received.
First shipment i received 2 of the same item. I was then sent the correct item, however, i had to send the duplicate back, which i did. The customer representative informed I would get a 50$ store credit for the error. The credit was never received.
I love Invicta products and have always been pleased with the product, price, and delivery. I believe this watch had been returned. It wasn't wrapped as normal, and has a scratch on the band release. After wearing it 2 days the watch fell off my wrist while sitting at my desk. The pin that holds the band to the watch case fell out. Luckily I was sitting at a desk so I didn't lose the parts. I reassembled and checked the pin on the opposite side which was also loose. I love the watch; however, I will always be concerned that the pin will come out again.

A lot of problems with your website- needed to keep refreshing screen. Then I signed up my email address because it said I would get 10percent off, that didn't work. Then I tried calling, but gave up after 20 minutes on hold.
