I love your watches and everything about the shopping experience except changing the items in my cart. The only way I could figure out to update items in the cart wad tho empty it then start over. Changing quantity and then updating twice did nothing. Other than that everything was great.
The customer service experience I had was wonderful! I ordered the wrong watch, as there were two very similar, so I called customer service right away and was told I could reject the package and wait for a refund and then order the correct watch. However, after looking at the watch I received, I loved it so much I decided to keep it for the birthday gift for my guy!

I ordered two watches but only recieved a tracking number for one of the watches...I like to redirect for pick up in case I'm not home on delivery date...
I couldn't register for new account plus I couldn't use my 10% promo code. Not right at all and I own several invicta watches. I'm not satisfied at all and I highly doubt if the company cares.

It was fine. The stores need to stop changing prices one day the watch at one price and next day the watch is more money tht is disappointed oh well
My overall satisfaction up to this point has been stellar; however for some reason when I placed the order for this same item approximately 2 weeks ago at a price that was $50 less, my order was canceled. Personally, I think you should honor the price in my original order for this same item, but that is of course my opinion, and you are of course perfectly within your rights to treat this transaction as you see fit, no matter how much I think of myself as a loyal and faithful customer.
