I had bought a watch onboard a Carnival cruise ship. Long story short...I paid too much for a watch that didn't even work. It was going to be weeks at repair and more money! I hit Facebook. A lady named Jessica responded...where she issued me a call tag to ship the watch back...an express shot thru the repair facilities at no charge. It was back in about 2 to 3 weeks instead of 6 or 8 weeks.
I was so appreciative I went online and made an online order for a few more watches.
