On Invictastores.com, I purchased a Grand Diver International pictured with a scalloped bezel... but, what I received was the Grand Diver International with a "coin edge" bezel. Not a big fan of the coin edge but, felt it would be more of a hassle to go through the process of returning it. So, I just kept the watch. I am pleased with the timepiece and the website but this is the first time I didn't get what was advertised.

Instructions that came with watch were very poor. Did not explain how to set items and what they all were. I guess that you want customers to contact you or go online to look at instructions. Not satisfied with this. The timepiece is beautiful, works well, once I figured things out.

Easy and quick. Secure processing without any worries. One major concern. These are valuable items and when the box arrived, it was left on the front door step. I'd highly suggest some way of not labeling Invicta on the box. Like I said, it's a very expensive item and you should seriously either label the box in a different fashion where Invicta is not so obvious, or ensure signature delivery. I love my watches and I'd hate to see it picked up by a savvy porch robber.
