Lack of communication on delivery time. Thank goodness I was home for first delivery, had no communication it would be coming.

Easy to browse site. I found that the star wars watches don't actively describe the watch themselves (metal band, rubber band, etc.), and there's no way to add the Invincible Guarantee Program directly from the checkout screen. I had to search for it on the bottom of the page under the "Shop" category. Otherwise a great experience.
