It was a great experience with a great delivery time! Came two days after I placed my order! Just in time for gift wrapping time and the quality of my order was in GREAT condition and I will be shopping with them again and I'll recommend them to anyone!

I tried to change my order before it shipped., because originally I purchased something based on relative practicality. All black, matches anything. The person I bought this for is usually very conservative. Apparently, when it comes to watches a jewelry, nope. He likes a little flash. Anyway, the only gripe I have is that they couldn't change my order. I would've had to go through a return/reorder process. No worries though, when we received the original, it exceeded our expectations by a country mile. The watch is beautiful, elegant, conservative and yet, still flashy. A+ for quality.

I placed my order on the November 27 and did not receive it until December 12th. Of course I considered the holiday. But it still said that they ship 4-5 business days. My order did not get shipped until 9 business days. So i called numerous times (which is frustrating on its own because of the hours) and got not much information! After my 4th time calling, on separate occasions, they told me something about a warehouse problem but that I would get an email when it ships. No email was sent, EVER. Even when it shipped. And tracking on the site never changed from 'processing'. CSA eventually expedited the shipping because it had been so long. Super frustrating. But the watch is nice.
So far shopping experience here was good, it all was alright and I liked the product I recieved, the only thing that can be a little bothersome is the delivery time, I think it's a one time issue since it never happened to me before, but other than that I could see myself buying from here more often.
