No problem whatsoever with the ordering process. Shipping was quite fast also.
When I received my product it had gone through a lot. A screw was detached from the bezel and it had done some damage to the glass. I found the screw from inside the original package.
Took the watch to repair. Fortunately cost me only 10$ including shortening of the strap. Invicta should pay more attention in securing the watches inside the boxes, as I believe USPS will have their way with the small parcels in transit...!
They are slow, the website doesn't work well, and their customer support is terrible.
