ORDERED AN ITEM THAT WAS IN STOCK FOR $228.OO I WAS EMAILED THE ITEM WAS SOLD OUT AND MY ORDER WAS CANCELED. THE ITEM WAS RELISTED A WEEK LATER FOR TRIPLE TO PRICE AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY THAT OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT.
Terrible customer service. Call center laughed at me said they would never cancel my order even though it had not shipped in over two weeks. They charged my credit card and would not refund.

Love the watch, perfect. Delivery gave me the run around. It was supposed to be delivered 12/12. So everyday from the 12th until Monday I received an email saying It would be delivered that day. So I had to waste my days at home waiting for a package that never came for 4 days past delivery date. BAD BUSINESS!
