Invicta customer service is terrible. I received my first order which was a complete fiasco but not Invictus fault because FedEx kept messing up but my second order has yet to be shipped (its been 15 days) and they will not respond to any of my emails and when I call I sit on hold for 45 minutes plus with no response. Not to mention their hours are only 11am to 6pm to be able to call. Save yourself some grief and just go to the store if you really want to buy something.
Bad uninformed customer service
The Invicta Garfield Character Collection Mens Quartz 48mm - Model ******* arrived inoperable/not working. Have not received any answer on how to get it repaired.

This was the worst experience so far.Right now my son won't get his Christmas gift and i have to call like twice to find out that the product was out of stock. And the customer service Agent was not very helpful.
