I recently bought 3 watches from the website. I have been a fan of their watches for a long time, and was excited for them to show up in the mail. I waited about a week and still nothing. So I tried to call them and 3 of tge numbers I tried it seemed no one worked there? And the other 2 I would seem to make it to the transfer Me to the right department and then get disconnected. I've sent a total of 3 emails and no reply? Finally my wife got a hold of them today just for them to tell us that they are going to do nothing about the 3 watches I bought because it says call us if your package hasn't arrived in 7 days. I am so disappointed with my experience with this company! My expectations were a lot higher than the way my wife and I have been treated.

Invicta stores are great to purchase a watch from and the prices are reasonable. However, if you do not have a store near you, getting service from Invicta is expensive and time consuming. Also, be careful in buying a quartz movement that is used by Invicta. I have over 100 Invicta watches. The case and bands are well made, but to change a battery is difficult and 1/3 of the watches do not work afterwards. I am an aerospace engineer and worked for years with NASA, I should be able to change a watch battery. Unless you want to spend $60 - $100 to have a battery change (which depending on the number of watches you have) can become very expensive. Invicta needs to work with movement suppliers to solve this problem, or expect to throw away 1/3 of your quarts watches or pay a lot. And for Invicta to change a battery, it is also expensive, sometimes more expensive than the watch was when new.
