Waiting 2 weeks to receive it seems unusually long in this day and age
I will not order from invictastore.com again. My order was placed on December 5. I was told my order would process in 4-5 business days. I contacted invictastore.com twice. The second time requiree me to threaten to cancel my order to get a status update. On December 16 I finally received an email alerting me that my order had shipped. I did receive my order on December 18 but the experience was definitely not a good one.

My Order # *******, I received one incorrect watch I ordered ******* & I received ******* (incorrect). I emailed same day 12.12.19 and informed them, but I haven't receive any response, then I called Monday spoke to a nice customer service agent he tucked all the information and said that you will receive email from our shipping department or some department for correct watch # ******* also a Return Label for ******* with in 2 to 3 days, unfortunately I haven't receive any email.
I ordered these watches for X-Miss.
I will be appreciate if you please solve it A.S.A.P and send me the correct watch (*******) and Return Label for incorrect watch (*******).
