I paid 30 dollars for the two day delivery, but I haven't received the package until a week after. I contacted the support team to try to hey a refund for the two day delivery, but they never got back to me.
I tried to call customer service to talk about my 2 day express shipping and no one answered.
Ordered the watches on December 17th and did not receive them until Friday the 27th. Why, did I pay for 2 day express an extra $29 to receive them AFTER CHRISTMAS!
Invicta stores sells great products. The watches are awesome. They're my new favorite toys; however, the company needs improvement in it's customer service department.
Customer service is horrible. I would call daily about my order. I spent hours on hold. I had to send an email just to receive my product that arrived two weeks from the date I ordered. Also, inhale still hetvto receive order from one week ago. In the future, I'll shop at the retailer

Delivery was quick and quality is always excellent. My hubby only wears Invicta so this was a nice Christmas surprise.
The communication with customer service was terrible. I was on hold for a total of 3 and a half hours waiting to speak to someone. I sent two emails that were never responded to. Within days of wearing the watch it broke.
I called and was on hold for an hour before finally got tired of waiting and just hung up. This happened for 3 days straight. I also emailed twice until I received a response back.
I received the product 2days after my original notice.
One do the order I didn't receive and when I called in I was given a hard time about it
