I couldn't be happier
I called to cancel the order the day after placing it and was on hold over an hour and had to hang up. I then emailed to cancel the order and that was ignored. When I received the order I returned it and now waiting for refund.

After an initially very unsatisfied experience with you customer service department I was called back by one of the supervisors. She did a fantastic job and I am quite pleased with the end result.

It did take a while to arrive--probably because you had a good Xmas, right?--so I called and the guy said it was due the coming Monday. And it showed up, except Tuesday. So, overall satisfactory.

I have not seen the watch yet, I paid for it to be delivered in 2 days, as I wanted it before I returned to Egypt. I ordered on the 29th I believe of Dec, the watch arrived on the 13th of Jan? I have only seen a pic of the watch that my wife sent me, as I departed for Egypt on the 10th of Jan. Not happy with the paying the extra to have fast delivery, and it did not happen. I have 6 of your items now, this last event was not acceptable. I will not get to see the watch for 6 months.

My order was being processed for 7 days before it was shipped out. I sent an email asking why it took so long but didn't receive a reply.
